Terms of Service
Last updated:
Welcome to LoopConnect. These Terms of Service govern your use of the LoopConnect website and any enquiries made through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About LoopConnect
LoopConnect is operated by Loop Connect Pty Ltd (ABN 99 701 528 298). LoopConnect provides global workforce and outsourcing solutions to Australian businesses, including dedicated remote team members and business support services.
Our services may include administration, virtual assistance, customer support, accounts and payroll support, IT support, medical billing, data processing and other business support services.
The precise services provided to a client will be set out in a separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work or other written agreement between LoopConnect and the client.
2. Website information
The information provided on this website is general information about LoopConnect and our services.
While we take reasonable steps to keep the information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, accurate or up to date.
Information on this website does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, employment or other professional advice.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation or requesting a quotation does not create a binding service agreement between you and LoopConnect.
Any pricing or service information provided through the website is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
A binding commercial relationship will only arise once the parties agree to the applicable service arrangements.
4. Our services
LoopConnect works with clients to identify their workforce and operational requirements and provide suitable global workforce solutions.
The scope of services, staffing arrangements, working hours, fees, responsibilities, service levels and other commercial terms may vary between clients and will be documented separately.
Where there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and a signed client service agreement, the signed client agreement will prevail in relation to the services covered by that agreement.
5. Third-party and global service delivery
Some LoopConnect services may be performed by team members, contractors, service providers or business partners located outside Australia.
Where applicable, LoopConnect will take reasonable steps to establish appropriate operational, confidentiality and information-handling arrangements for the services being provided.
Specific data security, confidentiality and privacy requirements relating to a client's services may also be addressed in the applicable client agreement.

8. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.
LoopConnect does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
